Our Plans

Start with the basics

There are two types of 401(k) plans to choose from – a Traditional 401(k) or a Roth 401(k). You can choose to have one or to have both – completely up to you.

Traditional 401(k)

Funded by employees’ earned pre-tax dollars. Allows for employer matching contributions. Any withdrawal subject to taxation, even in retirement.

Roth 401(k)

Funded by employees’ earned after-tax dollars. Allows for employer matching contributions. Any withdrawal at/during retirement are tax-free. Must be open for at least 5 years prior to withdrawing money.
